Soooo, sitting in my room and Im on my XBOX LIVE "Last.fm" Radio Station bangin my "Little Brother" jointz and im just thinking... I cant help but to notice with the J.Coles,Drake's,Tyga's,Wale's, & Kid Cudi type catz comin out that Hip-Hop is actually going BACK to its roots..I mean its LESS 808's and southern influenced joints climbing up the charts and I LOVE it ! I wont lie, I used to bang commercial ish all day until about last year. I just noticed that all the things on the radio are repetitive..I meanm other than a different voice its the SAME lyrics ! "Fuck Bitches, Money Money Money..Look at what I Bought, My Car cost (x) amount, My Chain FREEZY! ( By the way.."Freezy" son ? ) SMH LOL but basically yall see where Im going with it..But let me get to the REAL point..The magazine posted above shows what they call the "FUTURE OF HIP-HOP"..Walking past the FYE store my eye's seen this and when I focused in I almost spit out my damn Baja Blast ! Soulja Boy ?? OJ the Fucking JUICEMAN?? and Worst of all.....A GROWN ASS MAN NAMED "GUCCI MANE"? The future?? WOWW This really let me know the world is coming to an end. It seems like the MORE music these niggas make, the MORE they ALL sound like 6 year olds..Not jus the LYRICS..But their ACTUAL VOICES and GRAMMAR ! I mean REALLY Sonny, jus LISTEN TO EM..And the SAD thing is they got GROWN ASS MEN AND WOMEN dismissing their education JUST to follow along with the 4:00mins + songs they so proudly BRAG about FREESTYLING ! LMAO Nigga If my NEPHEW can rap something that sounds like somethin GUCCI would write then its a F***n Problem ! All in All it comes down to this..Peep the Hip-Hop culture NOW. From how the catz Dress and the Pictures they take..Its like the REAL music is TRYING to come back but its a couple "HIP-HOP VIRUSES" that plug the natural FLOW of music..The way it SHOULD be.. Okay So lemme just say Im not the one to try and gain attention by FAKING sick cuz truth is im usually NEVER sick..But let me tell u a short story. Yesterday I had to work a DUMB A** shift for my job..I dont think yall understand..I worked from 4pm to 10am the NEXT day..And to TOP it all off, somewhere along that terrible shift I caught Some BULLS**T! All I remember is a weird a** cough poppin up outta NO WHERE and it wouldnt go away..few hours later my Heads hurtin, my throat is SORE AS HELL & Im feelin HOT n Cold ! Man I hope it aint no damn SWINE ish..Cuz Lawd KNOWS I cant handle that ! Yall pray for ya boy while im going through this mess..And if u know where i stay, bring me some Medicine & Soup ! Okay..An opinion is coo, but IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LIL WHITE GIRL GETTING HER 1ST AWARD !? Man ! Im a HipHop head and I know Kanye's Fans LOVE him because he's outspoken and he will be the one to give u some CRAZY MEDIA FOOD, but this shit is jus WACK ! My mother passed away like his and the FIRST thing I thought was, "What would his mother say/do?" I couldnt help it !
